-- url of the page with the problem -- : www.divorcetoolbox.com/index.php/program-products
-- HikaShop version -- : 3.1.1
-- Joomla version -- : 3.7.2
-- PHP version -- : 7.0.4
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome/Firefox/Edge all updated

I have a site that the client wanted the price changed. There are only 4 products and all 4 were changed to the $129.00 price she wanted. Two products each in two categories. However, on the Client Programs category, the price is displaying as $285.00 for both items. On the Professional Programs category, the price is properly displaying as $129.00 for both items.

Here is the shop page:
https://www.divorcetoolbox.com/index.php/divorce-toolbox-product-categories

I double checked the ACL for the price on all four products and they are identical with displaying for 'all' groups. The links on the shop page goes directly to hidden menu links for "HikaShop » Products listing". I have compared them side by side and they are identical with the exception of the product category. There are 'no' characteristics on any product.

At this point, I am really stumped and my client needs this changed immediately as she is fixing to send out a promotion.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Luke

Hi,

I don't see a reason why a price change would reflect on the frontend, especially on the checkout where the prices are loaded dynamically.
So I can only think that still have the old prices for these 2 products in the backend.
Could you provide a backend access so that we can check your settings ?

Nicholas,

OK, no need to login as I found the issue. For some reason the individual products was pulling from the Akeeba Subs and there was pricing there. I did a SQL search and found where it was listed which I replaced. However, what is a bit confusing is that the Professional products changed the price when I changed the product pricing but the Individual products did not. I would have been of the opinion that on a category display, the price on the product record would have been displayed. I'm still a bit confused why it pulled from the Akeeba Subs just for the individual products.

Hi,

The normal integration plugin we usually recommend with Akeeba Subscriptions doesn't do that.
The second integration plugin that was developed by a third party developer can do that but it's not made to handle all the cases properly so if you're using this one, that explains why.
