First, to add related products to a product, you can edit that product in the backend and use the related products" setting to select the products you want to be related.
Normally, HikaShop should display them automatically at the bottom of the product page thanks to the module "related products" that is pre configured when you install HikaShop.
So all you have left to do, is to go in the HikaShop configuration, click on the "select" button of the "modules under the product page" setting, disable the "related products" module in the popup and save; and then, go in the Joomla modules manager, and enable the "related products" module in the position you want with its 'product page' display option activated.
If you don't have that module because you previously deleted it or had a problem when first installing HikaShop on your website, you can always recreate it via the "new" button of the Joomla modules manager, selecting the "hikashop content module" and configure it to display related products on the product page.
