Hi,

I have created a batch and assigned it to a specific category.
Ths issue is that the position of the batch is different in some images than in others. See attached example
I would like to have all batches in the same position.

Could you assist please?

Regards,
Joyce

Hello,

I have a look on your Url link, in order to better understand what's going on, and their something strange...
See my attach picture, it's seems that you have created several badge instance, and it's always the same image but not the same size.
More precisely, it's seems that on one of your image you have a more wide margin.

To solve this you must edit your badge and use the exactly same image.
Hope this will help you to solve your issue.

Regards

Hello Philip,

I deleted the batch and created a new one, but it is still floating.
So if I understand well, all product images must have the same size, because otherwise the batch size and position will vary?

Thanks,
Joyce

Hi,

Not necessarily. If you have the "keep size" setting activated in your badge, then its size will be the size of the image you upload.
But if you turn off that option and set a percentage, then that percentage will be based on the size of the image on which the badge is being applied. so the size of the badge will be proportional to the image.
So if you want it to be consistent on listings, you would have to have a fixed size for the images of your listing. It's possible by setting a width and a height to your thumbnails size and activating the "force size" setting of the HikaShop configuration, like it is by default.
