Hope someone can point me in the right direction.

Hi,

I checked your link and I can see that the carousel has several products and you can move from one to the other with the pagination dots or drag and drop.
So the carousel system seems to be working there.
If you mean that you want the carousel to work differently than how it is working now, we would need you to tell us how you want it differently and that you provide a screenshot of the settings under the "HikaShop options" tab of your module.

Hi,

Thanks for your help with this.
The carousel only shows half the products (Screenshot-Hikashop-001). I have tried it on 3 different browsers with the same result.
I have attached a screenshot of the settings (Screenshot-Hikashop-002)

Regards,
Colin.

Hi,

The numbers you enter in the "items" section for the "rows" and "columns" define the total number of elements displayed by the module.
And the "product per slide" setting defines the number of products displayed on a page of the slider.
So you configured your module to display 5 products in total and 5 products per page, so you see all these five products on the carousel.

If you want more products, then you need to increase either the number of rows or the number of columns of your module.

Hi Nicolas,

Thanks for your help with this.
I'm not sure if I understand. I have set both parameters to '5', but I only see half of the images displayed?

Regards,
Colin.

Hi,

I thought that the problem was that you had 10 products and you only saw half of them (5), not the the problem was that you saw only half of the image for each product.
That's because you configured the thumbnails to be 400*350 in your Hikashop configuration and left the thumbnails size settings empty for this module and thus it uses the size from the HikaShop configuration.
So to fix that problem you can either:
- reduce the size of the thumbnails
- reduce the number of products per slide / columns
- increase the width of the area available for the module
Or a combination of these solutions.

Hi,

The the module area width is the same as the 2 rows below, but the module only shows in about 75% of it?

Colin.

Hi,

Between the div hikashop_category_information_module_189 (which is the main div of the module) and the div hikashop_products_listing (which is its child div normally) there is an extra div on your website with the classes "col-sm-9 col-md-9":
monosnap.com/file/2qAXSnYtDz9J7KTuJi2em3JU2ZxcFS
These classes do not exist by default in HikaShop. Either you added them or your template provider added them via view overrides.
It's these classes which restrict the width of the module to 75% of the available space.
