Hi,

When you edit a price of a product, you have the "access level" setting you can use to restrict the price to only some user groups.
So do that.
Then, you'll see that you'll have the word "free" instead of the price when your current user is not in one of these user groups.
You can change that text with a translation override:
www.hikashop.com/download/languages.html#modify
And regarding the add to cart button, you can just turn off the option "Display 'add to cart' button for free products" in the HikaShop configuration. That way, the button will only display when the price is available.

Hello

If I add or edit a price, I can't select access levels. I see "Public" and "All" only. Please see screenshot.

I have set up more access levels. Why are they not visible?

Thanks.

Hi,

Normally, you should see something like that:
monosnap.com/file/hNabLmdwPFO44mafeW25ANKBfmwSOz
This might indicate that you're missing CSS code and or the images used to display the access levels tree.
We would need a backend access to be able to check the HTML / CSS there to be able to say what's missing exactly and what you can do to restore it.
You can provide such access via our contact form:

Hello Nicolas

Thanks for the hint about CSS. I did clear all cache (Joomla and bowser) and it works now.
