Title and thumbnail missing on contact us for more information

In HikaShop 5.1.3, we've added this improvement:

When using the contact button on a product page for a product with variants, the contact form now displays the name and image of the selected variant instead of the name and image of the main product when available.

Now, on my end, with HikaShop 5.1.6, the contact form still displays the variant name and image properly, whether the variant has them, or the main product has them.
So, while that change in the 5.1.3 might be linked to your problem, it's hard to say much more without more information.
Do you have the problem with other products ? All the products ? Or this one in particular ?
Did you had the thumbnail and product name displayed properly there before ?
Could you provide the URL of the product you're using for your screenshot so that I can check the situation directly and analyze it ? Maybe I can figure out something from that. If you want to provide the URL privately, please go through our contact form:

So, after adding the characteristics to the product, did you also add the variants to it ?
If the product has characteristics but no variants, then it won't work properly.

I suppose you'll be moving your website online at some point. So we can look there once you do. For know, just ignore the problem.
