Item containers have unwanted text

Sorry my version isn't up to date, but I'm just now getting back into adding items to my store, but I noticed that now when I list my products, the words "Select License Usage: Commercial Use Personal Use" show up on every item. I'd like to remove this, but can't find a setting that does it. The attached image will show you what I mean. How do I get rid of this?

I hope I can update soon, money is a little tight at the moment, perhaps if someone were to purchase an item or two I might be able to swing it.
