CAN NOT DELETE IMAGES OF PRODUCT MODELS

The fact that you see the "Elegir Archivos" (or "Choose file") button there indicates that the upload area's javascript could not be initialized properly due to a javascript error on the page.
If you open the console of the browser, you'll see the error message corresponding to the issue.
Please do that and provide the error message.
That should help us understand what's going on.
It could be linked to the HTML editor. In fact, I know there is some kind of incompatibility with the HTML editor on variants and the form customization mechanism in some cases. So, at the bottom of the product edit page, you can click on the button to turn off the form customization in the green area. That might help circumvent the issue.

This javascript error comes from a third party plugin adding javascript code in the HTML response when loading the variant edit form in AJAX.
We've made modifications in recent versions of HikaShop in order to prevent these.
You said you had HikaShop version 6.1.0 in your first message so you should have had these modifications, but checking your website, I can see that you're actually on HikaShop 5.0.2 which thus explains why you get that error.
Update your HikaShop and you won't have the problem anymore.
