Product Characteristic Add Remove not active

-- HikaShop version -- : 6.5.0
-- Joomla version -- : 6.1.1
-- PHP version -- : 8.3.31

Since upgrading to Joomla 6.1.1 and Hikashop 6.5.0 we can no longer add or remove Characteristics on products.

When you mouse over the + or Delete icons, the cursor does not change to a Hand icon.

A quick search says this could be a Javascript issue.

Could you please advise on how to fix or further troubleshoot this issue.

Hi,

This indicates a javascript error on the page preventing the characteristic system from initializing properly.
Can you look at the console of your browser on that page and when you try clicking on these buttons ?
You should hopefully get an error message which will provide more information on what the problem is.
