-- Joomla version -- : 3.9.5
-- PHP version -- : 7.3
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : IE 11
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : The total of your order is too high for all the possible shipping methods

Trying to offer free shipping on orders above $30. Added free shipping manual per item shipping with minimum of 30 in addition to per item fee, but when order exceeds $30, receive error.

Hi,

Could you provide a screenshot of the settings of that shipping method as well as one of your others shipping methods ?
There is probably a issue with some of their settings.

I enabled include Virtual Products on the free shipping plugin and it seems to be working now! These are not virtual products.
