Hello,
My client has various products on their website and offers a gift wrapping service as part of the checkout process. The gift wrap option is a product with two variants, no grift wrap / gift wrap and added as a Characteristic to the other products on the site.
When a customers basket is over a certain total price delievry is free. However it has now been noted that when some products are added that are below the free delivery price threshold, and then a customer adds gift warp they are charged for delivery.
How can I modify the delivery option on the gift wrap characteristic so even if it is added to a product below the threshold to get above, delivery costs will be still be free?
