Hi,

Since the folder name of your plugin is "manual_subtotaal", then the line:
var $name = 'manual';
in it should be:
var $name = 'manual_subtotaal';
The system must crash because this doesn't match.

Hi,

Then, turn on the "debug system" setting of the Joomla configuration and try again. You should get an error message with more information on the problem. Feedback that back to the AI you used to create the plugin and it should be able to fix the code.

Otherwise, tell us what you want to do. I doubt that a custom manual shipping plugin is the ideal solution. Maybe it's just a setting issue.

We're using manual shipment and credits. If a customer has not enough credits he is allowed to change the credits in a coupon and pay the remaining part by bank. That works fine except for the shipping costs because that calulation uses total amount (to be paid by bank) for the calculation. In our case this should be the sub-total incl tax. How can we arrange that.

Hi,

I'm not following you.

If you're using a coupon during the checkout, it normally don't take into account shipping costs.
That's why we added a "shipping percentage" setting so that the coupon can also reduced the shipping cost.
www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/i...p-discount-form.html

If you're using points to pay, there is also a "Shipping" setting in the user points payment method to allow for the points to reduce shipping costs or not.
www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/3...-payment-method.html

If you're saying that you don't want the shipping method cost to take into account the coupons, make sure the "include virtual products" setting is turned off in your shipping methods and that you have a weight set in your products. That way, coupon value will be ignored for the shipping costs.

the "include virtual products" setting was turned on in our shipping methods. I turned it off in all our shipping methods and it seems now worrking as desired. We will know test it through and through and let you know what the outcome is.
