Error - Tax rates exporting

-- HikaShop version -- : 4.2.2
-- Joomla version -- : 3.9
-- PHP version -- : 7.3.12
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome

Hi Hikashop support,

I saw the new possibility to export the tax-rates for the accountant.

When we go to menu System>Taxes and then click on the "manage tax rates" button.
We can select tax namekeys and then export them.

But when we export them, we get an ERROR Access Forbidden.
I have tried it with a basic joomla .htaccess file then we still get an error.

As far as I can see we have this issue on every Hikashop sites.

Hope you know how I can fix this issue.

Hi,

Thank you for your feedback. I was able to reproduce the issue and added a patch for that. You can download the install package on our website and install it on yours to get the patch which will also be included in the next release of HikaShop which is to come out soon.

Export is working fine, but it looks like I see other amounts then on the screen.

We try to reproduce your issue (with start & end dates) and unfortunately on our side, everything works as expected.
So, can you provide your backend access (with backend url) via our Contact us form.
