Vendor and product stock

Hi

I have product in shop and i whant to add 3 vendor( real store) for products of this shop.
example vendor S1, S2, and S3
product 1 is sell only by S1 and S2 and product 3 is sell by S3

question is:

1. How to add multi vendors but not all to 1 product?

2. how to alocate difrent quantity for ech vendor? In reality the holle stock is split betwin shops

3. how to add Fiels with vendor selector in ceckout progres

Its very important for us becouse i expect shoper to make orders for specific vendor, the stock of product in vendor(store) its very important.

I'm a great fan of Hika, buy all package and i expect moore good aplication, so, please help me today with a solutions to solve this problem. i'm in delay with my deadline for this project.
