Taxes and traders

Hi there,
first: Congratulations on the presidential election.

I'am a little confused about taxes and paying out my vendors. When i start a payout on the top toolbar there is an invoice generated for my vendor. To my mind it should be an invoice from my vendor to me. And there is no tax shown on the invoice. The prices for the bought products are incl. tax.
I tried several setting, but don't get the tax on that kind of invoice.
Can you please give me an assist for the right settings to reach that ?

Please provide basis details about your website such as :
- Your HikaShop version number
- Your HikaMarket version number
- Your HikaMarket "market" configuration screenshot.

Hello,

Regarding the fact that you're in market mode "Store paid directly" and you include the taxes in the vendor price ; I'll suggest you to not use "products" as "vendor payment content".
Because HikaMarket have to aggregate the products to deduce the sum ; the taxes might not be processed rightfully in that mode ; the default mode (order) should work better.

Hi,

Would it be possible to have more details about the issue ?
I can see that you changed the setting but we don't have any information on the rest ; what are the vendor prices ? What are the vendor payments ? What is the exact problem ?

If we can't know or understand what is wrong ; I'm afraid that we won't be able to solve anything.
