Vendor registration issue

Hi,

Could you please help me with the following issue:

When a vendor registers on my site, the registration is duplicated in the backend:
one registration has status "published" but misses some information the vendor entered in the front end (see attached)
the other registration has status "unpublished" but contains all information the vendor entered.

Could you please assist? I would like to have 1 published registration with all info.

What is the content of your XLS file ? (I'm sorry but I don't work with that file format so...)

Please provide details about your HikaMarket verion number and the HikaMarket configuration regarding the registration.

I suspect that you're using an "automatic creation" which mean that you should not use the HikaMarket registration page because the vendor account is created in the same time than the user account.

Hi Jerome,

Indeed, the setup was "automatic" and is now set to manual, which is better actually.
Still I have the "missing information" issue. Please see attached a new file saved as .JPG
As you can see, the information with the red border did not flow to the backend.
As the field are mandatory, I'm 100% sure I have completed them.

Can you see what is the issue?

Hikamarket version is 1.7.3

Hello,

Does the issue affect new registration or only old one ?
Because with the "automatic creation", the vendor account is creating when a Joomla account is creating, so the custom fields are not filled and the vendor is saved even if some data are required (because it's an automated process).

Can you please provide a screenshot of your vendor custom field configuration ?
We will need to reproduce your issue in our side so we need to duplicate your field configuration in a local website.

Hello,

When you create/configure a custom field ; please provide a content which will be a "value" for the "value" part of the field.
You're free to enter what you want for the title ; but for the value it's best to use short content, namekeys.. Or numbers !
But using content with double quotes and HTML as "value" ; I'm afraid that's not a really good solution.
