We are new to Hika.

Purchased and attempted to install the joomla extention, but, hitting the attached error message

Hello,

It was indeed the same kind of issue that the other thread you saw (for HikaShop).
Please re-download HikaMarket to get the patch and sorry for the inconvenient.
