Paid order in unpaid list

Hello,

i create a multi vendor shop and if a user buy a product and pay the status change to confirmed (ger:"bestätigt") and he is able to acces this product (its a Dowload). But in the Vendor front end page is a list with unpaid bills and this paid orde is in it too. The vendor is even able to send a request to payment (if he do so a mail error shows up).

So my qustion is what must i change that the paid order not shown in the unpaid list?

Thaks for the quick answer i testet a littel bit and found out that my problem is not the order status (that was set corectly to "confirmd" and "shipped"). The problem is that i want that the vendors a paid driectley by the costumer. The paypal plugin works fine and the mony is transferd but the main handler must pay the vendors after that the order is not anymor in the unpaid list. I dosnt know that the unpaid list shows wich orders are not paid from the main vendor. So my qustion is what must i change on my configes that the vendor will paid directly?
And how will it works with diffrent payments mehodes for each vendor?

PS: for the paypal test i use the sandbox.paypal server.
