Vendor's PayPal e-mail field question

Hello

When a user registers as a vendor, when he clicks on "Vendor Edition" we get to a page where the vendor e-mail and the PayPal e-mail is prefilled.

This is confusing for our users that may not have a paypal account. Some of them do not use paypal as a payment option. Where can we set this field to be blank by default? If the vendor wants to provide his paypal mail, he can do so.
