Error when adding vendor information

The vendor component is not working and creates errors whenever modifying a vendor and adding without certain information. Receive error message "public_html/libraries/joomla/session/handler/native.php on line 260" when creating.

Hello,

Please provide details regarding the version number of HIkaShop & HikaMarket.
We will also need more information regarding the issue and how reproduce it.
Can you reproduce it in our demo website ?
