Payment method

Hello,

Hikamarket is configured to accept only one seller per cart.

Here is a screenshot of the market config



So, for each seller, I created a delivery method -->OK



However, for the payment, each seller has a payment method assigned to him except the main seller for whom I have to leave the payment method on "none".



If I assign this payment method to the main seller, I get a "no payment method defined" error at checkout.

The site works, but the configuration seems odd to me.
Is this normal?

Hello,

The "main vendor" does have a very special role.
If you have products which don't have vendor assignation, they will be considered as "main vendor" products but not by "settings".

When you have the setting to force the usage of vendor payment methods ; if the cart is not assign to a specific vendor (so the main vendor), the payment methods without a vendor will be used.
The algorithm is oriented that way because if you do not have the vendor cart restriction, you can have products from multiple vendor and the vendor payment methods will be the "store" payment methods (and the methods supporting marketplace).

Effectivement, je comprends la logique du fonctionnement.
Votre explication est tout à fait claire !
Ce qui me perturbait et me faisait douter de ma configuration, c'est la différence de traitement des moyens d'expédition du vendeur principal qui doivent lui être assignés explicitement et les moyens de paiement .
