Hi there,

I have a website that I am using as an online store for 13 different branches.

There are four different bank accounts for different companies in the group, all of which are among those vendors.

I need to be able to set up the four different Stripe accounts, and then assign them to the correct vendors.

I've been trying to figure out how to do that with StripeConnect, but so far, I can't get it to work.

Can this be done from the backend, or do I need to do it from the vendor dashboard, and if so, what is the process?

Thanks,

Tamara

Hello,

StripeConnect allows the vendor to "connect" his Stripe Account with your store.
That connection gives the authorization to your store to perform a transaction on behalf of the vendor's Stripe account.

The interface to connect the Stripe account is via the vendor dashboard, when the vendor edit its details.
Like : demo.hikashop.com/index.php/en/hikamarke...ol-panel/vendor/form (when logged with the demo account)
When the Stripe Connect plugin is active, you'll find a blue button to launch the process.

Hi,

Thanks. It's installed and I think I've given the vendors/branches the ability to add payment methods on the frontend, but it's not showing up as an option. '

Can you please explain how I make this option available on the frontend?

Thanks.

Hello,

Stripe Connect is a marketplace plugin which provides a specific integration (regarding the special Stripe API).
If you don't want to use the "connect" feature but prefer letting your vendors create payment methods, it would requires a new plugin setting to authorize such possibility.

Okay.

I want the vendors to be able to set up their own Stripe accounts on the frontend. How do I do that?

Surely this should be like setting up any kind of payment processor on the frotend?

Thanks.

Hello,

With HikaMarket, since the Stripe Connect plugin is fully integrated ; the best is to use the "connect" feature.
In order to do that, you have to enable the HikaMarket StripeConnect integration plugin ; thus the button will be displayed on the vendor front-end page.
That's the main reason I think about since you're telling me that button is not available (or it means that the vendor is already connected to your store).
