Single use coupons

How do we prevent a customer using a coupon more than once.

E.G. first 200 customers quoting COUPON1 get 10% discount.
We don't want 1 customer using the coupon 200 times!

There is indeed no restrictions on that. We'll look at adding that for next release as it has already been asked several times already and it's trivial to add.
