Limit per user

Hello.

I was wondering if there's a way to limit the MAX # of times a certain IP or user can Download a free file.

I saw "Download Number Limit" but wasn't sure if that's per user/ip or TOTAL for file.

Hi,

The "Download Number Limit" is for the not free downloads.
We don't manage the limit for free downloads.
