Hi,

Can you check Hikashop (market) Paypal Adaptive Payment Plugin, the refunded status seems not update automatic.
Received an email
" Hello,
A Paypal notification was received with the status Refunded. The order status was not changed

Order Id: 22"

Order status successful automatic updated to "confirmed" after payment, when I try manual refund the order at sandbox.paypal the order status not updated.

Hi,

Paypal Adaptive, like "Paypal classical" do not handle the refund notification.
