Chat feature for hika market

is there any component compatible with hikamarket?

i am using uddeim but still lacks a few features.

havnt updated my hikamarket subs, but willing to if we have a chat component.

client needs that chat so that buyers wont leave the site, also the discussion gets saved at the site itself

i think it would be better if hikamarket comes with a system where in the vendors and the buyers can chat with each other

There is a multitude of "one to many" chat/ticket/support systems out there for Joomla but, as far as I know, no "many to many" as required here, at least none which is storing the communication in the site.

In the very near future I need a "many to many" system for a completely different project (no shop or market or so). If I find or manage to build a solution, I'll try to remember this thread and let you know. Vice versa, if you come across something, your post here will also be appreciated.

lousy fool, you can try uddeim. im using it with hikashop for internal messaging but not for chat.

Ah yes, uddeIM... thanks for the reminder! I shall see if I can make it work the way I need it as such type of messaging (as opposed to "chat") would be fine for me.

In the meantime "shhhh" here... otherwise we might get too far off HikaMarket topic...
