Image Upload Failure

When I upload images in the product form, I get a message that the upload has failed.
Sometimes it has not.
If I upload a category image this works ok.
Uploading with Joomla Media manager is also ok

I am using Hikamarket with Hikashop Business (Latest Versions)

Hi,

The upload in HikaShop/HikaMarket is not in the same folder than the Joomla media manager.
When Joomla uses the "images" folder, HikaShop uses the "media/com_hikashop/upload" one.
HikaMarket create one folder per vendor, so the images/files for the different vendors are stored in different folders.

You said that the upload has failed but, is the file stored in the server ?
Do you have the vendor directories under the "media/com_hikashop/upload" folder ?

Yes vendor folders are in correct place, media/com_hikashop/upload" folder and contain the images.
Why do we get the failure message even when it uploads ok?

Hi,

You should have a notice or something displayed in the ajax return which break the content.
When you upload an image, it upload it using ajax. The system returns you a serialized data. If the data is not valid, the upload is marked as failed.
Would it be possible to have an access to your website so I will be able to see the content of the return and fix the problem.
