Pay Vendor - Unpaid orders not shown

The Pay Vendor view is not showing the vendor's unpaid orders to be paid.

Also, the Vendor view is not showing any invoice listings, although we can click "see all" and see several invoices listed on the Orders view.

UPDATE:
I just realized I posted this support request under our company account, however our client's Hikamarket license was purchased under their own Hikashop.com account. Please let me know if I should post this request under their account instead. Thanks!

Our issue differs from that one in a couple of ways ...

1) Our site shows the correct "unpaid" amount in the Vendors listing

2) Our site does not show any orders, even though orders exist, on the Pay Vendor view.

And, our site also does not show the invoices list on the Vendor detail view.
