No shipping method found - even though shipping methods setup

-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : No shipping method found

Hello, I am running hikashop with hikamarket to create a multi store for vendors of classic car parts. I have shipping methods setup and I have assigned the shipping method to the vendor ("Mustang Masters") yet at checkout it still says no shipping methods. Please help!

Hello
I have gone through your documentation and have confirmed that the system configuration meets the criteria mapped out. Please advise as to my next steps to have this issue resolved.

Please note:This system was able to process shopping carts and complete sales orders in the past. At that point in time only "United States Postal Service (Copy)" had been implemented which since then stopped working.

Attached is a document reflect the current configuration for those items mentioned in your documentation.

Hello and thank you for your response. The documentation you sent me was helpful and as a result I was able to determine that the problem was caused by the "Work group" field within the target Shipping method was populated with a user group that was not applied to the user that was trying to process the shopping cart. By making the value null the shipping method worked properly.
