Modify the users rights under the main vendor are not taking effect!

Hi there,

I have configured the main vendor to have all the rights in both DEFAULT STORE ACCESS and MAIN VENDOR ACCESS. Under the main vendor, I added 2 users and selected the groups they belong to in MAIN VENDOR GROUPS.

The issue I'm currently facing is how to give different rights to the users I added under the main vendor. I attempted to do so by clicking on the lock icon next to the users and disabling some write permissions, but unfortunately, it's not taking effect on the front-end page.

Could you please advise me on how to do this correctly?

Hello,

That's the right way to perform such configuration yes.

Can you please confirm that you saved the configuration after the user ACL modification and that you tried a logout/login in the front-end for the targeted user ?
If you do change the "default store access", does the "new order" button is affected by the updated ACL ?

Hi,

Thank you for your prompt reply. I can confirm that I saved the configuration after modifying the user ACL. While changing the "default store access," the "new order" button reflects the updated ACL. However, modifying the user ACL under the main vendor doesn't have any effect.

Sorry, I had some delay due to personal stuff.
The hotfix is include in the current downloadable version.
Please re-download HikaMarket from your subscription page in order to get that fix.

We provided a patch one month ago, you answer seems to indicates that you download the latest version of HIkaMarket and that the patch we made were successful.
Since we reproduced the issue for the use case of the setting "Allow multiple vendor for users", which affects the way that the users' rights are stored in the database ; I don't understand the nature of your issue and why you validated our patch one month ago.
