Vendor pricing looks strange

When a new vendor places a product the pricing looks strange.
I attached an image to show what happens.

We see Common price 2,00 Euro and
Our price 2,00 Euro

I only want to see one price and not this double thing. What do I need to do to get this right?

Hi,

It means you set the price in two different options, the "product price" and the "msrp price".
So there is no bug or no strange look. HikaShop just display what you ask him to display.

Do not fill the "msrp price" or edit the vendor rights to remove the right to fill this value.

And please, if you have some HikaMarket questions, use the HikaMarket forum, not the HikaShop one.
I am not notified and we have to moderate the topic to move it to HikaMarket, etc.

Sorry for posting in the wrong forum.

I indeed unchecked the msrp. I wanted to make things easier for my vendors and thought 'The less they have to fill out the better'. Wrong thought then.

I checked msrp again

Hi Nicolas,

Since my last post no vendor added new products. Today a vendor added a new product and again the price is shown double as I explained in my first question. I thought I followed your instruction correct but now I am puzzled what I need to do to get this right.
Can you help?

Hi,

Did you remove the right access on the "msrp" in HikaMarket ?
If your vendor car edit this field, it is logical that it will enter something into, so it will be displayed.

Hi,

You have the "product > edit > msrp" activated.
So in the product edition page, your vendor can edit the product price AND the product MSRP (Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price).
Please uncheck the "product > edit > msrp" and you won't have this "double" price anymore (but you have to edit the wrong products in order to remove the msrp value).

I don't know and HikaShop can't do that.
We do not touch to the database content during updates.
