Add toolbar to description in file upload

How would i add an editor to the file upload section?

Hi,

For what I see, there is already an editor for the "file upload" section.
You have to click on the "plus" icon or click on a existing file name, and the popup will display you all information, including an editor for the description.
But you have to set the right ACL for the "product / edit / files / description".
