Vendor Logo / image not showing

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.3.0
-- Joomla version -- : 3.2.1
-- PHP version -- : 5.3.28

Vendor accounts are uploading images for their business, but they aren't showing on the front end. They upload successfully to the front, but aren't showing on the back. Product images display fine, just not their logo. Please see attached.. the one that is showing at the back is one that we created from the back end. For whatever reason that one displays.

Hi,

Are you using a category listing or a vendor listing ?
The image uploaded by vendors in their vendor account is using during the vendor listing. But the images for the vendor categories are not updated, they have their own category image that you have to update.

I could have shown I posted in the Hikamarket section... that's weird. Anyway, You were right, I had to add the image to the vendor category.

Hi,

No problem :)

Your vendors could have access to their category and change the picture.
We were thinking about adding an option to link the vendor category to the vendor itself (like the description, the image) but finally we created the vendor listing and I think it is easier.
Now if you think that it still could be interesting to have such option, let me know !
