Hi
Currently the vendor gets a notification when somedy is creating an order with status "created" and then again with status confirmed when it is payed.
Since i allow only paying with SOFORT, can i disable the first step?
I want that the vendor should only be informed with a confirmed order (payed).

How can i edit the german text in the emails? is this also through the language manager?

Hi,

For your HikaMarket questions, the best is to use the HikaMarket forum section (so I will be notified. Otherwise I have to check manually or the HikaShop support team has to warn me).

In HikaMarket you have a configuration for filtering the order status for the email notification.

Order notification status filter
You can send the email "status notification" HikaShop email to the vendor. The email must be published in HikaShop if you want HikaMarket send it to the vendor.
The filter option, when filled, will create an order status filter. So you can send email to the vendor only when the order is ":confirmed" if you want.


The HikaMarket emails are like the HikaShop email, you can override them and it uses language translations (sharing the same override file with HikaShop).
In the HikaMarket configuration, you have a dedicated tab for the languages.

Hi

Now i have screwed up the EMails and the payment method. I cannot change the standard confirmation path anymore. everything is going to the root-path. Checkout to use SOFORT payment is not used anymore.
Can you help me out?

Hi

I need help.
When i want to scheckou, i immediately get trasfered to this page (asp checkout attachement) and not to the SOFORT payment which is defined as the only payment method. I also cannot change the path anymore.

What did i screw because of the EMail notification modifications?

Hi,

1. You have a thread for your discount problem and I think that now the problem is solve.
If you still have problem with that, the best is to use the other thread and not mix several questions/problems in a single one (otherwise it will be very difficult to manage and help you correctly).

2. for your HikaShop questions, the best is to use the HikaShop forum section.
I am trying to help you and I am also trying to understand your problem but, first your message is not in the right section of the forum and second, your screenshots don't speak themselves.
So please ; make a new thread in the HikaShop section and explain what is the "path" (I don't think it's the right word, currently it does not have any sense).

I guess you have some wrong configuration for your order statuses but ; it is currently no the right place for the HikaShop support.
Your first message in this thread was about HikaMarket and the vendor notification. I replied to that question and I think that it is solve. The rest of your questions are not in the same subject. They are no more related to HikaMarket so the best is to create a new thread for this new specific problem.

Discount and Coupon is solved. Many thanks for your help.

Rgarding the "path" issue, i do not know if this is a Shop or Market issue.
The problem is, changed somehting in the order routine, because i do not want that the vendor gets a order notification. Since i use SOFORT payment only, the customer can only buy when the order is payed. But since then, i cannot buy anymore.
On the order i see: The order is now ROOT. And i cannot change it in the main configuration asp attachement.
That's what i meaned with "path"
What did i screw up?
