Please provide more details about the context and how the order is confirmed exactly (like which payment plugin, etc).

The shop does not include payments, but only orders, when the user confirms an order, I would like the seller of the products to receive an email

Hello,

I'm sorry but I cannot understand the situation with your current description.
You have to provide more concret details about what is happening ; which can include screenshots of configuration, screenshot of orders.
Please understand that there are hundreds of possible configurations and if we can't understand what is yours, we cannot explain you what (and why) you have to change to achieve your goal.
