Multivendor market wishlist &carts tool to move items do not match market rules

Hello,

I have multi vendor market and vendor gets paid directly and because of that in one cart at the same time there can be only one vendor's items.
I feel confused, because when user in user panel tools wants to move the item (vendor 1 ) from wish-list to cart where already are items from vendor 2 the system allow this action -> the user gets notification, that all done successfully, but what happens is that the system deletes the selected to move items and all items in that cart.
User can not remember which vendors items are in which cart. There should be restrictions in system.
How to achieve, that in such scenario user gets alert notification "such action is not allowed and he should choose different cart" and the system do not delete any items - nor from cart nor selected ones to move to cart?
