Vendor Location - latitude / longitude

Hi guys,
Editing a Vendor from backend I have the Vendor Location section with the Open Street Map + Latitude / Longitude fields.

1 - While from frontend during Vendor creation / editing I can only see the Open Street map and I cannot see the Latitude / Longitude fields.
Please, What am I missing ?

2 - Please, Where can I manage the Open Street map settings ? At least for the frontend view, I'd need:
- to have back a more readable 16:9 map proportion
- to visualize by default a presetted point on the map with a specific zoom
- to have back the satellite view (too important here to have back the right point on the map

3 - Please, Is there a way to switch off the map and keep only the Latitude / Longitude fields ?
