-- HikaShop version -- : 4.4.1
-- HikaMarket version -- : 3.1.1
-- Joomla version -- : 3.9.25
-- PHP version -- : 7.4.14

On backend hikashop products listing, we have the ability to filter products according to the following options:



How can we have the same when vendor sees his products on the vendor control panel?

For example:

If a vendor has a big number of products from different Brands, how will he find all products by the same brand if he wants to edit them?
How will he recall only the published or unpublished products?
How will the vendor recall all the products from a particular category?

Please advise...

Hello,

Such kind of filter can be added thanks to a custom plugin.
Via the trigger "onBeforeProductMarketListing", you can add SQL filters into the listing query and you can also push Objects which will perform the display of the filter in the page.
It is the same trigger than the HikaShop "onBeforeProductListing" which is used in the backend (and that HikaMarket is using to add the vendor dropdown filter).

Now, adding more filters by default in the HIkaMarket product listing is interesting. I do think that'd be better to also add settings so you can control what kind of filter you want to have.
The "filter option" button would be also important so the vendor won't have too much filters displayed by default in its listing.

It won't be for the coming version since the change log has been fixed to avoid further delays (which are already important).
