Shipping not showing on products

Hi,

Testing the config. I have shipping set to per vendor, and I have a free shipping option set up on my super admin account, that applies to the whole country. So it should apply to any product I create.

However, when I use another test user to "buy" an item, shipping is not visible in the cart.

What settings should I have to allow vendors to set up their own shipping, and ensure something actually shows up in the cart?

Hi,

Do you have the "shipping" view in your "checkout workflow" in the HikaShop configuration ? If not, it's normal you don't see the shipping on your checkout.
Also, you're talking about the "cart", not the checkout. Si if you're talking about the cart module, please note that in the settings of the cart module (in the Joomla modules manager) you have display settings to control what to display on the cart module, and one of them is to control if you want the shipping to appear or not. So maybe that's what you're talking about and what you need to change ?

My apologies. I meant checkout. See attached screenshots of the checkout WITHOUT shipping, the checkout workflow from Hikashop WITH shipping, the shipping option setup for the vendor account, and the shipping settings.

As mentioned, even though this shipping option is configured, there are no shipping options showing up on the checkout.

Please advise. Thanks.

Hello,

Does your product have a weight ?
Do you have the HikaShop setting "force shipping regardless of the weight" enabled ?

You first need to be sure that the shipping is enabled for your shop before starting test for the vendors.
Then you could see HikaMarket settings regarding the "shipping per vendor" and "Configuration of plugins by vendors" :
