Order Confirmed Notifications to Vendor Users

Greetings,

I have Vendor Users with Notify access checked who receive Order Creation Notification.

In my Email Options I have selected Created, Confirmed and Cancelled.

My Vendor Users are not receiving the Confirmed or Cancelled Notifications.

Should they ? I;d like them to. Am I missing something in my setup ?
