Hi,

It sounds like the issue is that the product SEF name and the category SEF name are not configured properly in the configuration of HikaShop and because of that, the SEF system is not able to distinguish between the product details page and the products listing page.

Could you do a screenshot of the whole SEF options area of the configuration of HikaShop ?

Hi!

I'm new in Hikashop. Using Business edition on local host.

Created some categories and products.

Then created a content module and additional menu Items in Joomla to all categories (category listing) and seperatly to each category to test everything.
Everything worked fine.

After configurating CSS I added two new Subcategories.

Structure:
Root > Product Category > Categorie 1> Subcategory 1, Subcategory2, new Subcategory3, new Subcategory4

There is no way displaying the two new Subcategories using category listing (not via content module and not using menu Item)
But using a menu Item linked to 'category listing' category 1 all subcategories including the two new are displayed

Tried:
Unpublishing associated module
remove Category listing override
disabled SEF in Joomla and Hika
deleted associated module
made a new Category listing menu Item

Thank you in advance

Hi,

If you want to display all categories, you have to set the option "sub element filter" to "all sub elements" and not "direct sub elements".
Otherwise, you can click on the category in order to enter into. At this moment you will see the sub categories of the selecting category.

Thank you for your quick reply.
Sorry, my explanation wasn't clear:
I just want to display the direct subcategories and that works. So in my content I see Category 1 and Category 2 and Category3.
But when I click in my content on the Category 1 only subcategory1 and Subcategory2 appear, not Subcategory 3 (new) and not Subcategory 4(new)

The same problem in my content module: all categories are displayed, but clicking on Category 1 only the two older Subcategories are listed in the module

Hi,

You have the option "only display categories with products" selected.
I guess your two new sub categories does not contains products.
