I need a simple checkout. I want users to order as guest without any limit. I mean the same user should be able to reorder (same email, phone number etc). But now the system doesn't allow the same to reorder as a guest.
I want it to be so simple as a plain form! No registrations, no logins just 2-3 fields for every order!

Hi,
Note that reading this thread will probably help you :

You can't have a user who already have a user account on your website "guest" checkout with the same email address as the one from his account.
If you keep the "login" option turned on in the configuration, you can have these users login during the checkout so that they can use the account they already have in order to checkout. Or they can use another email address in order to "guest" checkout.

Also, if you want to set a guest checkout, you'll have to :
- Go to the page "Hikashop->System->Checkout"
- Set the "login" option to NO and the "registration" option to "Guest"

The registration option is only available through commercial version of Hikashop.

Hi, I read through the other thread as well. I had this same question but I am not using a commercial version.

I want customers to be able to create a cart for the purpose of getting a quote. I need them to enter an address so we can include the shipping quote. When i set up my Checkout Workflow, if I remove the login form and leave the address, it has an error "Message: You cannot have the Address view without the Login view on your checkout workflow. Checkout workflow invalid. The modification is ignored. See the documentation for more information on how to configure that option. Successfully Saved." So I cannot see the address without having the login form there.

With the free addition, is there a way to have a guest checkout without logging in?
This is our goal and I had hoped to use HikaShop instead of Virtuemart, which we use on our other company sites, but if I cannot have a guest checkout we will have to go back to Virtuemart.

Hi,

Guest checkout is not available in HikaShop Starter, only in the commercial editions of HikaShop.
