Login step of checkout a blank screen

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.4
-- Joomla version -- : 3.7.5
-- PHP version -- : 7.2.5
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome, Internet explorer, IPad
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Blank screen

Recently, something broke behind the scenes and now attempting to checkout with a "login" step in the workflow results in a blank screen. Logging into the site first bypasses the problem, as does removing that step entirely, however neither of these options are doable.

I would really rather not update HikaShop if at all possible. Any ideas?

Hi,

If you have a blank page, the first thing to do is to activate the error reporting and the debug mode settings of the Joomla configuration.
Then, try again, and you should see the error message on that blank page.
That will allow us/you to understand where the problem is coming from and provide a solution.

Ah, I had debug on max but not enabled. I see these now (changed the path):
