Price without tax in email

Hi Supportteam,

Is it possible to get the price without tax in the e-mail?
In the cart it's possible with the option Price with tax set to NO.
But when you look at the e-mail then the price is still with tax.
can this be done by an adjustment in the preload? But how ;-)

Hi,

The setting of the checkout tab is only for the checkout. The emails base themselves on the main "show taxed prices" setting of the Taxes section of the main tab of the Hikashop configuration. So if you deactivate that setting, you'll get the prices without taxes on the emails.
Otherwise, you can also indeed edit the preload of the emails and force the tax display:
