We have a couple of existing Hikashop clients that would love a system like this

The key is customer self management. That is, for the customer (ie, the site owners customer) to be able to add new employee profiles including sizing, budgets, number of items allowed per year and to be able to assign allowed product to each employee profile. The employee would not necessarily be placing the orders but the company purchasing officer could see what they can order for each employee.

Hi,

Regarding the budget per employee part, this will require custom code, potentially a plugin.
You can add a custom order field in the checkout, and based on the value set in this field, the plugin will restrict the maximum cart amount.

For the product list per employee with correct size, etc it seems to be related to this topic:

Yes www.hikashop.com/forum/4-how-to/873410-c...nt-product-list.html is an attempt at a short term part solution. The Apparel Management System that can be managed by customers is on my long term wish list.
