No, that's not possible. Different sentences might need different words for the same concept based on how the sentence is structured and what we're talking about.
For example, in Japanese, "Shipping" is "発送" ( hassou ) but "Free shipping" is "送料無料" ( souryou muryou ).
If you need to do that change on many websites, you could copy the override file ( in language/overrides/ via FTP ) from the website where you did your changes for it, and then use it as a base when you start a new website. That way, you don't have to redo the basic overrides you need each time.
