Custom field AJAX Upload - Remove file from server after

Hi,
when I remove a file from the AJAX upload field, it remains on server, so, if I want to reupload a file with the same name, it will be renamed.
Is it possible to delete file from server when I delete it?

Hi,

Edit your custom field via the menu Display>Custom fields. There, you'll find a setting "Delete files" which you need to activate if you want the system to delete the files when the selection in the custom field changes and the old files are removed from the selection.
