New to hikashop

Hello guys this is my first day with hikashop.
I usually use virtuemart, but i am looking for opportunity if i can use hikashop as well, there are several question i would like to ask :

Does hikashop support multilevel pricing from shopper group ?
Can i make custom rules for discount?
Can i make custom payment gateway?
Is it compatible with joomla 3.1.1 ?

Does hikashop support multilevel pricing from shopper group ?
Yes, HikaShop have ACL on prices. This feature is include in the "Business" edition.

Can i make custom rules for discount?
HikaShop can have different type of restrictions for discounts. You can see all of them in our demo website or in our documentation.

Can i make custom payment gateway?
Yes, you can create new payment plugins for HikaShop.
And in the next version, creating payment plugins will be easier.

Is it compatible with joomla 3.1.1 ?
Sure it is !

Can you clarify, what it is:
"1 year web cron service for one website"

Do you have trial with business edition ? or do you have refund policy ? i would like to spend my time and effort to test the business edition, but since its commercial extension i would like to make sure that i can get a grip of it..So far i have good expectation with hikashop, although i build many plugins, i'm bit dissapointed with VM since there's only have community support, and it seem the core dev is never care if someone "lost in the woods"
