I'm a HikaShop (and Market) user - just like you. Let me calm you down: reading reviews elsewhere (e.g. JED) and browsing the forum here, you see everyone bragging about the fantastic, outstanding support the HikaShop troops are providing. If basic or advanced, and often enough where the problems have nothing to do with HikaShop, the team responds, often enough beyond what could be expected. Average respond time is half a day (making good sense as much what's initially called "bugs" gets meanwhile fixed by users reading the documentation and/or going through the configurations), typically including weekends and holidays. Please show me one, just one single other piece of software where this is even only remotely the case.
Lastly, when you posted this here above, it was around 3am in France. Well..........
In other words, and IMHO, you made the best investment in e-commerce software you could possibly find. And you will receive answers, just as you have in the past.
