HOW TO show products on category listing menu

hi,
i want to create a category listing menu item to show my sub categories and my related product inside it automatically,
but i can not figure out how to sort the products on that page it only shows the categories .
i've also read your documentation but there no "Content Module" on hika shop display menu !

and also the document is from pas version on hika shop.

can you tell me how can i add this menu and make it show relevant sub categories and product step by step ?
